Tracking
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.

Delays
The Green Rose Experience is not responsible for carrier delays once packages have been transferred to the shipping provider. However, we will assist in resolving delivery issues when possible.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses may not be recoverable.
